Der Kurgo Impact-Sicherheitsgurt wurde speziell für die Sicherheit im Auto entwickelt und entspricht den Standards der Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards für Kinderrückhaltesysteme. Das Design besteht aus einem einzigen Stück hochfestem röhrenförmigem Gurtband, verstärkten Riegeln und einer Ganzstahlverschachtelung Schnallen. Das Design spiegelt acht Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Sicherheitsgurten für Autos wider und ist für Hunde bis zu 130 Pfund crashgetestet.
