Ce miel de mānuka 100 % néo-zélandais stérile et filtré a été certifié de manière indépendante comme contenant > 500 MG, ce qui lui confère une excellente force antibactérienne. Le miel agit pour tuer les bactéries tout en retenant l'humidité, afin que la plaie puisse guérir plus rapidement et avec moins de cicatrices.
Destiné au traitement des plaies mineures dans les premiers stades de cicatrisation, le miel peut être appliqué en toute sécurité sur une plaie ouverte ou sous un bandage, après avoir suivi les procédures normales de nettoyage des plaies.
